EasyChef is a digital marketplace platform that connects restaurants and hospitality venues with kitchen staff seeking casual shift work on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
EasyChef operates solely as an intermediary connection platform. EasyChef is not an employer, labour hire agency, staffing company, or party to any employment or service agreement between users.
EasyChef is strictly an 18+ platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
By downloading the EasyChef app, creating an account, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Work Rights Declaration: By selecting your work status during registration, you make a declaration that you have the right to work in Australia in the capacity stated. EasyChef is not liable for any penalties, fines, or legal consequences arising from a worker's failure to hold valid Australian work rights.
Age Declaration: By creating an account on EasyChef, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. EasyChef is strictly an 18+ platform. If you provide false information regarding your age during registration, you are solely responsible for any and all consequences arising from such misrepresentation. EasyChef is not liable for any consequences, legal or otherwise, arising from a user providing false age information. EasyChef reserves the right to immediately terminate any account where the user is found to be under 18 years of age.
Repeated no-shows without notice may result in permanent account suspension.
Restaurant cancellations: If a restaurant cancels a confirmed shift, EasyChef will notify the worker as soon as possible. Restaurants are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible.
Kitchen staff cancellations:

Restaurants are solely responsible for providing a safe working environment compliant with Queensland workplace health and safety legislation. Kitchen staff are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by the restaurant.
EasyChef accepts no liability for any workplace injury, illness, accident, or incident occurring during or in connection with a shift booked through the platform.
EasyChef reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account at any time if the user:
All content, branding, design, code, and materials associated with EasyChef — including the EasyChef name, logo, and platform — are the exclusive property of Stefan Ahetz-Etcheber trading as EasyChef. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any EasyChef intellectual property without prior written consent.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyChef, its operator Stefan Ahetz-Etcheber, and any associated parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their use of the platform, their breach of these terms, or their interactions with other users.
EasyChef is currently free for all users. In the future, EasyChef may introduce subscription plans or service fees. Users will be notified of any changes to pricing or monetisation before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of EasyChef shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
EasyChef reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
